PropertyHub was launching a new residential development and needed a landing page that would generate quality leads. We created a visually stunning, fast-loading page that captured the essence of the property.

The Challenge

The property market in Malaysia is highly competitive. PropertyHub needed to stand out from dozens of similar developments and generate qualified leads within a limited marketing budget.

Our Approach

We designed a premium landing page with 3D property visualizations, virtual tours, and a smart lead qualification form. The page was optimized for both Facebook and Google ads, with tracking pixels and conversion optimization.

The Results

The landing page achieved an 8% conversion rate (vs. industry average of 2-3%). Cost per lead dropped by 45% compared to their previous campaigns. The development was 60% sold within the first month.
