Foodie Express wanted to create a local food delivery platform to compete with the big players. We built a comprehensive solution including customer app, restaurant dashboard, and rider management system.
The Challenge
Large food delivery platforms charge high commissions. Local restaurants wanted an alternative that kept more money in their pockets while providing the same convenience to customers.
Our Approach
We developed a complete food delivery ecosystem with real-time order tracking, integrated payments, and a restaurant management dashboard. The platform includes a rider app for delivery management.
The Results
The platform launched with 50 partner restaurants and grew to 200 within 6 months. Average order value is 20% higher than major platforms due to better restaurant curation.
