Overview
Serenity Spa chain needed a centralized booking system to manage appointments across their 5 locations. We built a custom solution that streamlined their operations.
The Challenge
Managing bookings across multiple locations via phone was inefficient and led to double bookings. Customers wanted the convenience of online booking.
Our Approach
We created a booking platform with real-time availability, staff scheduling, and customer management. The system sends automated reminders and allows customers to manage their appointments online.
The Results
No-shows reduced by 40% due to automated reminders. Online bookings now account for 70% of all appointments. Staff spend 60% less time on administrative tasks.
